Montifaud Millesime 2002 Limited Edition

Cognacs from Château Montifaud, real winegrower products, have been elaborated for more than 150 years by the same family. A result of 6 generation to take care of this quality vineyard. 
The estate is about 125 hectares, both in Grande-Champagne and in Petite-Champagne, the first two vintages of the cognac region. There, this independent winemaker produces "high-end" cogancs, only in bottles.

Presentation of the vintage :
Golden reflection cognac made exclusively from 2002 harvest from Château de Montifaud. It has a beatiful straw yellow color, a good balance and a nice structure. 
On the nose, we have some yellow fruits aromas, plum and mirabelle. There are also notes of lime tree. On the palate, this cognac is expressed by extreme sweetness, great amplitude and nice finesse. Its aromatic palate evolves towards eau-de-vie fruits.
