Foursquare Sovereignty is a molasses rum from Barbados with 14 years of barrel ageing. This is the 19th bottling in the Foursquare distillery's Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) series.
The rum was distilled in column and pot stills, then aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry oak barrels. It was bottled in November 2021 without cold filtration, colouring or additives.
Its name refers to 30 November 1966, when Barbados gained independence from the United Kingdom.
